Encántame Towers is located on the pristine beaches of Playa Encanto, just a short 15 minute drive, east of downtown Puerto Peñasco. It is the 6th project for the development team of Miguel Guevara and Mary Snyder, who have both been in Peñasco, full time, since 1995. All 5 prior projects, Puerta Privada, Sonoran Sea, Sonoran Spa, Princesa and Condominiums Pinacate are completed, successful and turned over to the homeowners. They purchased the 140-acre parcel over 14 years ago, prior to developing Puerta Privada. In the meantime, Miguel Guevara of MG Developments built and is operating Real Center Guadalajara since 2015. He also recently completed and delivered Real View Towers Guadalajara, a 190 Condo high rise development. He completed construction of 2 Cinepolis movie theater complexes in Puerto Peñasco and Caborca, both opened in 2019.
